We have no up-front fees and provide a complimentary property tax savings analysis. Please note, there is an administrative fee of $25 which is due prior to filing your appeal.
How much do we charge?
We only get paid when you save. For example, if your property taxes is reduced from $7,000 to $5,000, our 25% contingency fee is based on the $2,000. That means, you would only pay $500.
If your property taxes are not reduced, you do not pay anything.
When is my payment due?
Once we prevail in your property tax appeal, we calculate your savings and generate a final invoice to be paid electronically.
